Don’t let them fool you with the $75 “application only” fee to move to this place! And the “first month free”? It’s for a reason! This is THE WORST PLACE EVER TO MOVE TO. I’m currently still living here, so listen to me and don’t move. Every time you report something, the maintenance guy comes whenever he feels like it, pretends to check, and says everything is fine when it’s not. Veronica was so helpful and nice when we went to look at these apartments. Definitely lovely place to stay. All upgraded it even has a place to dock your boat. Dog park and so much more. Thanks Veronica for helping us and welcoming us to the community
We have a new manager in the office. Such a breath of fresh air. It feels nice to go in the office and be greeted with a smile instead of a frown. Veronica understood my frustration I’ve been dealing with and had the maintenance man come fix it just like that. Looks like things will be looking up! I love living here it’s a great community
Loving the new property manager Veronica she has been a doll helping me with a situation I’ve been dealing with she got it done as soon as I told her about it. She seems to care about the tenets. Looking forward to seeing a change for the better here. Thanks for caring Veronica
