I have lived island bay “resort” For two years now. I’ve had a plethora of problems. First, I’ll start with two years ago when I moved in they hadn’t cleaned my Apartment. It was absolutely filthy on my move-in day and they hadn’t repainted anything(photos are from move in day). They ended up taking off Around $200 for my first month of Rent to rectify the situation. The anonymous lady writing about Maddi (Madison) spelled her name wrong, I leased my apartment, she was polite, helpful, cheerful, still I enjoy talking to her. I called for maintenance and usually it's fixed in 2 days. I moved from Dallas and Maddi gave me all the info I needed and she was right about her apt complex Anonymous get a life, we love it. Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been living here for over two years now, and I can honestly say this has been my favorite apartment experience especially after transitioning from being a homeowner. The move was smooth, and overall, it’s been a really positive and comfortable place to live. The office staff is excellent and always on top of things. They listed their apartments as having 3-4 month leases on apartments.com. We spent $150 in application fees and got approved for an apartment, however not once did they ask us how long we were planning to lease, they just assumed we were staying for a year. When we informed them that we only were only looking to rent for 3 months, they said they can’t do that. They refuse to give us a refund.
