Best apartments great staff, they always do something every month for the community
I couldn't be happier with Island Bay! I really wanted to find a place on the water that's great for fishing and this place is better than I could have imagined! Especially for the price! Having all of the other amenities like the 3 pools, gym, and on site laundry is icing on the cake! The staff are all super nice and we're very easy to work with during the leasing process. My apartment itself is very nice with nice new appliances! I highly recommend Island Bay!
I have lived here 8+ years and have renewed our lease every year. Have loved being here all this time. The cozy environment and feeling of home sticks around. It is quiet at night, and peaceful during the day. The management is amazing!
Does not even deserve a star. Office people treat residents very poorly . Very rude The maintenance man did more for us than they did.
