We have a new manager in the office. Such a breath of fresh air. It feels nice to go in the office and be greeted with a smile instead of a frown. Veronica understood my frustration I’ve been dealing with and had the maintenance man come fix it just like that. Looks like things will be looking up! I love living here it’s a great community
Loving the new property manager Veronica she has been a doll helping me with a situation I’ve been dealing with she got it done as soon as I told her about it. She seems to care about the tenets. Looking forward to seeing a change for the better here. Thanks for caring Veronica
Veronica was so helpful and nice when we went to look at these apartments. Definitely lovely place to stay. All upgraded it even has a place to dock your boat. Dog park and so much more. Thanks Veronica for helping us and welcoming us to the community
Island Bay gets a lot of hate because of people who don’t take responsibility for their children, family, or their own actions. Dog stations are everywhere but some don’t bother to use them. Gym /pool get closed because rude, rowdy kids/people break things or run people off with their mouths/conduct. Chloe Morse and the office staff are doing their best, listening to residents and are making changes to make everything better.
I've been at island bay for almost a year now and absolutely love it. The assistant manager Chloe has always been helpful and kind. I would highly recommend an apartment here.
