Makayla is nice lady. They replaced my transmission, cost much less than rebuild I did couple years ago at somewhere else.. It took couple extra days but my car is running good now.
I've been bringing both my personal vehicle and company vehicles to this shop for a while now, and they never disappoint. Whether it’s a quick fix or something more involved, they’re always incredibly accommodating and able to get to the vehicles right away. They never try to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. I was told by someone at this shop to drop my car off on Monday morning because the check engine light was on and I couldn’t complete my inspection. I followed those instructions and dropped my car off at 8:30 AM. By 12:30 PM, I still hadn’t received an update. unprofessional， the lady who pick up the phone was so rude and hang up on you. Does she have any manners? She will tell you it is your problem and you just need to find a way to it? Like if I could why would I need you? Not helpful at all.
