Spencer, was honest and explained everything thoroughly. I was told by Nissan of Venice,that I needed a new AC compressor and that it would cost roughly $1,600. Spencer did a thorough inspection and told me that I did not need a new compressor but also showed me that everything Nissan said they did, to come to there conclusion was a lie. There was no sign that they even checked for a problem. They then told me they added free on which was a lie.
