Michencka is the ABSOLUTE BEST !! She’s very tiny but the girl knows her stuff, she walked me through every step of the car buying process. Very disappointed with my experience today. Went to look at a car listed on their website for $21k and was told when I got there, that the figure is based on 20% down and the accurate price was $36k. For a 2018 BMW with 60k miles?! Save your money and shop elsewhere.
They sold me a car with structural damage and didn’t disclose that with me and also didn’t disclose that with the bank witch is ally bank witch also doesn’t by cars with structural damage and now the mangers aren’t responding to my calls or text after the refuse to by the car back. Stay away from this store!!!! Oh and keys not forget they kept me there for two full days I feel it was a sales tactic to get me frustrated and unfocused.
