Great experience working with uqba
The battery in the Cross-Trek fob needed to be replaced, and I foolishly tried to replace it myself. I took the pieces to the service department at Island Auto Group; the nameplate on the service manager’s desk said “Wonder Woman” and that’s exactly what Besa was. She patiently worked her magic and fixed it in record time, saving me so much money and aggravation. Thank you Besa for going above and beyond! Fantastic service!
