I originally rated them 5 stars so I can get a free oil change. When I went back to get it, they had no idea what I was talking about. It took nearly 7 hours to buy a jeep. When it came, it came with marks all over it. We literally had to sit and wait at the dealership as they were closing bc it was taking that long to get the car. Lots of dealerships on the island that aren't Island Auto Group. Go to them instead or go off island.
I drove 4 hours to buy my vehicle here. I purchased a Chevy Silverado with virtually no miles at a better price than anyone within 150 miles of where I live in Central PA. I worked with Mateo and John from finance who made the process effortless. The best part, NO ADD ONS! The advertised price is what the cost of the vehicle was. I will be look to purchase here again when my family is ready for a new vehicle.
I can not say enough amazing things about Konrad and everyone on the team at Island Auto. By far the BEST experience I’ve ever had getting a car. Konrad went above and beyond to make this process stress free and quick! 100% will be back in the future
