This was our 4th buy with island Auto and I cannot explain how good the service was , the costumer service was great and the paper work was amazing. Coming from our last buy when we had very low credit and we were given an opportunity with a bank to build up credit and now being accepted by one of the best ones and given a great deal in our car , we cannot explain how meaningful this is for us and how attentive they were with any questions we had or any concerns that came up to mind
I went in wanting to test drive a vehicle before I traded in my jeep. I immediately fell in love with a 2019 traverse. During the test drive, I told Paula to ring it up. I knew it was the car for me. The whole process was so quick and easy. Wasn’t there more than 40 min for paper work. On my way home (2 hours from GI) the check engine light turned on.
