This place is different from anything we have experienced. It is officious, and condescending, especially to veterans.
They did my ear impressions and did a great job!
The only reason you get a star is because I tried 3 times to send this without giving you one and it wouldn't go through. I guess that's how you avoid reviews like mine. The Starky hearing aid is a piece of junk. It doesn't work, it hurts, I hear better without it. It is either a fake or a placebo. I will be making a report of it's lack of quality to the V. A. in the hope that they do not waste any more money on this product. I would rather have no hearing aid than a Starky.
