I️ travel to the island frequently for work, generally just purchase a day pass in oak harbor. I was running late Off the ferry and decided to pop into Island to see what the pricing was. The kid at the desk told me $16 for a 24 hour pass, figured I’d come back the next day and get two workouts in (which would have been worth it) I pay the kid go get my workout clothes and come back in to get a locker, ask him what I need for the next day to show I️ paid and he says it’s only for the day...... he is either not that bright or... read more
Love this great athletic facility. Always clean, well organized, friendly greeters and wonderful trainers. Every class is a joy to attend (even if I do get sore muscles)!
This gym is like a hyperbolic time chamber, you'll walk out feeling like a super saiyan.
I work as the massage therapist for the physical therapy clinic within the athletic club, South Whidbey Physical Therapy. No need to be a P.T. patient to receive massage here. Just Google SWPT and schedule your massage session! We do accept your private insurance coverage as well!
We, mostly, go to use the pool. Nice pool, but the posted schedule is often over run by the private lesson givers. We never know if we can plan to swim, or not. Parts of the pool are roped off, for lessons, but the lessons are ususlly outside these areas, and in the lap area.
Love the pool! Really friendly staff and clean facilities
Old equipment! They charge extra for everything!
