If I could give them zero stars I would. Island Appliance is only in the business of SELLING appliances. Once your items are purchased, they distance themselves from you. They do not stand by their products, NEVER offer refunds or replacements and are difficult to deal with. We had 4 major kitchen appliances purchased with them. The items arrived out of the box, not working. We were redirected to a third party repair center. This ordeal was horrific!
