So I lived here for 5 years Ken was awesome Then boardwalk property Management bought the property and everything went downhill They have scorpions rats roaches My kitchen sink didn't work for a long time They never would fix anything and then want to turn around and try to blame me and sue me for all the damages They started working on the room next to my apartment while I was still leaving there and these people would work until 9:00 at night banging and the roads problem got worse when they started working on that room an... read more
They have roaches rats and scorpions they don’t fix anything. Our kitchen sink bathroom sink where broken for months they wouldn’t fix nothing They like to turn off your hot water for a month on end was a horrible experience living here
The new owners are really nice. Ken is easy to work with and Barney is an excellent handyman and manager.
