DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!! Place is a huge rip off, Dr. Woodward is a liar, and she doesn't have the decency to return calls or email. My family had been going to Dr. Ryan for years and loved the place, but now that he is gone, I will never go there again. I was told to keep waiting and waiting to neuter my dog until he was 1. OK fine. I get its more money but its suppose to be better for them. So Dr. Woodward tells me it is going to be around $400 for the neutering......which is high already, but I went ahead with it ... read more
RecommendedI couldn’t possibly thank Dr. Woodward and her team of amazing vet staff enough. We had a wonderful natural birth for our Frenchie and when things weren’t going quite as well as we wanted, we opted for a c-section for our second puppy. Dr Woodward and her team did an amazing job and talked us through the whole entire thing. She had us completely informed and educated through the entire pregnancy and then we were right there helping with our girl and her puppies for the tougher stuff. Today was our first visit at the clinic with Dr. Ryan. EVERYONE I came into contact with was extremely helpful, kind and understanding! Dr. Ryan listened to our pup’s issues and we came up with a plan of treatment. He was not pushy like some vets are to get you to do treatments that are costly and may not necessarily meet your pet’s needs. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone.
Their service and compassion were great. Gigi felt comfortable as did I. Pricing was comparable to our other vets. 🐶
The vets that work here are very good the rest of the staff however lacks basic animal handling training or education. our dog was boarded there for over a week and she nipped someone's finger the first day. I told them to muzzle her and they refused instead they left her locked in her kennel in her pee and poop and continued to call her a "he" and I got changed 530 dollars for the privilege of no walks and nothing done.
