Last week, Colton Bottoms came out and got my air conditioning, running on a temporary basis while you ordered the necessary part to fix it permanently. I was so grateful to have at least temporary air conditioning while waiting for the part. Yesterday, Drew came out and spent many hours in the blistering Sun and heat to replace the part on the unit.
