Pete will sell you and install a ax unit but will forget about you after that. He will not schedule anual maintenance even on the systems he sells. If the systems fails because the lack of maintenance you are on your own. I know Pete Farman for about 8 years and he will only come when you want something installed. The quality of the work is mediocre. He does a great job installing the system but will not back it up year after year.

Pete is a great guy. He is respectful, dependable and professional. His prices are reasonable with excellent workmanship. I have been doing business with his company for almost 10 years and his attention to detail is 2nd to none. He is always available when any emergency Installation or maintenance is requested.
