We recently contacted Air Conditioning & Heat Inc to perform annual maintenance on our forced air heating unit and hot water heater. It was easy to schedule an appointment with the All Climate service department and the representative I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. BEWARE! My name is Iris, and I am the caretaker for my 90-year-old aunt who lives in a lovely condo on Melbourne Beach. She purchased a central air and heating unit from this company, but it has never worked properly. In the summer, the unit often fails to cool, and in the winter, it fails to heat. What a horrible experience. They were paid thousands of dollars to complete ac work on our roof. No work has been done! They haven't returned calls and n the number is not working. This is stealing and lawyers will be called.
