Island Air installed my ac system 10 years ago and serviced it every 6 months. Never any issues, no repairs ever just cleaning. Graham bought Island Air and came out to do maintenance that I had paid for. The technician, Grant, was sent out to clean my filter. He immediately tells me I need a new system. I disagree, I keep it at 76°. He goes outside to do something, comes back inside 15 minutes later and says let's try this. Great experience, very thorough!
A roofing company damaged my air conditioner. I had no air and I called Island Air on a Saturday to fix it. Matt, the technician arrived promptly, assessed the damage and explained to me the damage, how he would fix it and the cost. The copper coil was punctured and all the freeon was lost. By 11 am Matt had the air on. I really appreciated his work and his professionalism.
