RecommendedTracy really is awesome! I had no idea what to expect, as I had never had acupuncture before. She is so knowledgeable and professional, which just seeing that made me more relaxed. My session was to help reduce stress and the first session I actually slept through the night, something I hadn't done in quite sometime. I definitely plan on going back and would highly recommend her.
I have added Tracy to my "team" twice over that past several years. The first time was after a car accident. When physical therapy was not enough, through Tracy I received acupuncture treatments that offered a deeper level of physical relief and healing. Best Accupunture experience one can imagine. Tracy is professional, brilliant, and wise. She wants to create a safe and healing space for everyone. She helped me through infertility, pregnancy, and my constant neck and back pain. I’m zero days incapacitated (due to spasms in back) because of her. Tracy is also well versed in herbs and other healing. She is looking out for her patients in every way.
Tracy has been an invaluable support for our family. Whether its a sore muscle, flu like symptoms, or just balancing aging, she has kept our family healthy and supported. She excels in supporting the parents and the kids--we greatly appreciate the time she takes to listen and understand our needs, especially in connecting and making the kids feel comfortable.
