I have been a patient of Dr. Islam for 2+ years and he has been professional with me--however, his staff, including other doctors at multiple PromptMD locations, show serious gaps in professionalism and competency. For example, in 2018 they submitted my blood work to a lab not covered by my insurance after which the lab began harassing me with collection notices—in fairness, a year after the fact, they helped me stop the harassment.
