I can see why this place has suck low reviews with how they interact with patients. Called to speak with my doctor about my appointment and was berated over the phone for a question that would take 2 minutes to answer. My doctor Colin qas very nice and professional, I'm surprised that the other people in his office aren't. Last time I was there there were gossiping in the lobby about patients as well. Go somewhere else to get real help because these people are rude and do not care.
Saved my life
Front desk was brash.
Very rude receptionist. Well, crazy. Very unkind and nonsensical. Wrong too. I was booked for this place and I did call. I want to take the review down and be good. I do, but jeez everyone is right about this place.
Staff is as friendly as TSA, be prepared to wait 45-60 mins past your appt time. Would recommend weekly colonoscopies over coming here.
