She has cared for my son since he got out of the NICU with heart and vision problems. Every little concern I have she listens and makes a plan for it. Shes pays attention to patterns that others might overlook too. She also cares for my other two children who don't have health problems and they love her and her team!
We absolutely love Dr. Halac at Children’s Memorial Hermann Pediatrics. She is truly an incredible pediatrician, and we feel so blessed to have her caring for our son. Doctor Isil is wonderful and has always provided excellent care. Unfortunately, since the office was taken over by Memorial Hermann, it has become very difficult to work with the front desk staff. My appointments were repeatedly canceled, even after I provided all the insurance information they requested. Each time I complied, it still seemed to be “not enough” to move forward. I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Halac every time. I never feel rushed or pressured to make decisions, and he always takes the time to thoroughly answer my questions. Scheduling appointments is easy and convenient, which makes the entire process stress-free. Dr. Halac is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. I truly appreciate his thoughtful approach and highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent care.
Dr Halac was rude and disrespectful. Couldn’t even introduce herself upon entering the room. She made us feel so uncomfortable that we didn’t get to ask all the questions we needed to ask. We will be switching doctors offices for sure.
