Classic bait and switch. "IT'S ALL ABOUT THE RATE" Isidro said... quoting you very competitive rates over the phone and on an excel file... Then, after asking multiple times for some "official documentation" of their rates and finally receiving 15 days from closing, BOOM rate goes up almost 2% and I am getting emails asking to sign immediately and overpay for an appraisal to "lock in" my rate.
