I’ve been a member for a little over a year, and joining ISI Tega Cay has been a game changer. The coaches and staff’s encouragement is unparalleled. I know that when I walk in the door I can always count on seeing a welcoming face and at least 5 high fives. ISI has become such an important part of my routine that I get FOMO if I miss a session. So don’t miss out!
Love this place and the people! After years of just going through the motions at a “regular” gym (and finding ways to cut out early or skip entirely), I tried ISI and the format is just what I needed. The workouts they have are a great variety and able to be accommodated for those just starting out - or - enhanced for those who have been going for years! I’ve met so many awesome people in my morning class and love how everyone pushes each other to be their best. 💚 🖤

Awesome 5am crew- a mix of workout types from AMRAPS, EMOMS, Tabata, super sets, static sets so you never know what’s coming. I also appreciate the modifications for those (ME) that are unable to do certain movements but can still target appropriate muscle groups.
Great gym with awesome coaches and a really supportive community. The workouts are fun, challenging, and always different. The place is clean, and the atmosphere keeps me motivated. Highly recommend ISI Tega Cay!
