Sometimes it feels like Johan is actively trying to kill me. Just kidding - but I can definitely tell I’m getting stronger! All the coaches are great and very encouraging. I don’t typically enjoy weight training, but I like working out here and feel motivated to keep going back.
Did a work out here and it was great! Such an awesome community! Everyone was super friendly! Class was intense but left me feeling amazing!
My searching for a “home” gym stopped as soon as I found ISI Elite Training! The phrase “iron sharpens iron” from Proverbs 27:17 perfectly describes this environment. We push and encourage each other to be our very best. The coaches and members feel like family. I’m so grateful I found this gym and cannot wait to continue on this health and fitness journey!
This is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a part of! The coaches and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming to everyone who comes in. The workouts are always effective, constantly changing and challenging in the best ways. I’m so grateful to have discovered this gym and community it has completely changed my relationship with working out!
