My searching for a “home” gym stopped as soon as I found ISI Elite Training! The phrase “iron sharpens iron” from Proverbs 27:17 perfectly describes this environment. We push and encourage each other to be our very best. The coaches and members feel like family. I’m so grateful I found this gym and cannot wait to continue on this health and fitness journey!
This is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a part of! The coaches and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming to everyone who comes in. The workouts are always effective, constantly changing and challenging in the best ways. I’m so grateful to have discovered this gym and community it has completely changed my relationship with working out!
Great gym with a team feel. Coaches are excellent, the owner knows everyone by name, and the classes are set up so that any level can join and still push themselves. They also provide goals for how much protein, fat, and carbs (total calories) you should consume based on your goals. Love that I usually burn 500 calories per session and can feel my body changing to be more toned!!! Highly recommend!
