The instructor Ashley truly made this class the best! Her knowledge of pelvic floor strength building and preganncy workout replacements is top notch. In my experience, this is an unspoken topic within our medical care. It was refreshing to hear a fitness instructor professional touch on this and know what to do and not do while pregnant and post partum during her class. We stopped in while visiting Florida and had a great time. The coaches, owners and members are wonderful. If you want a tough workout that is still fun, this is your gym. Hope to see you again!

I was able to attend a couple of sessions with the St Petersburg ISI location and it did not disappoint. The coaches were excellent. The staff was welcoming and the community was welcoming. From the outside the facility looked to be be small but do not let it fool you, the inside was bigger than I would have imagined. Highly recommend checking this location out if you are in the area. Thank you ISI St Pete!
