Cannot say enough amazing things about this place and the people in it! They truly care about each and every person and do not let anyone tear down their spirits.
If you want to be pushed into shape...here's where you should come. You will be sweaty when you leave. I'm new to it and I'm enjoying it.
The culture is not what it used to be. The coaches have their favorites and usually just focus on them. During my time there I was made fun of by not doing certain things because of injuries. I was belittled by Coach Kaytlan in front of a lot other members. I was asked “when are you going stop nursing your fake injuries”.
