Decided to give ISI a try because I couldn’t find anything else in the area that matched what I was looking for. As a fitness professional my time for myself is limited so I wanted a place where I could put my head down, tune out, and get a great workout. ISI is definitely the place to do that but what I didn’t realize I would love is the team aspect, the group motivation, and feeling so seen by coaches and staff. The coaches are great and I love the group atmosphere!
ISI Elite Owings Mills is a great facility with the best staff. The workouts are tough, but the coaches always encourage you to do your best and not give up. Coach Carmen’s high energy and enthusiasm keeps me motivated. One year in and down 20lbs, I think their fitness formula is working.
I'm glad I found this gym! Everyone is upbeat and encouraging. I don't be wanting to go but I drag myself in anyway and it's so worth it. Carmen does a great job at challenging me BUT all of the coaches are great motivators!
