Today was my first day and it was great I haven't worked out in awhile but this motivated me to come back everyone was nice and friendly and help me and push me along the way.

I recently started going to isi elite on Wednesdays for their full body class. I love it there. I like the energy and the vibe, all the coaches are really encouraging and friendly. Highly recommend.
