My husband and I really liked it for about a year until they started doing their “fun finishers” and we both got seriously injured.
Wonderful workout! Coach Wes did a great job keeping our form correct and the energy high! Pushed us all the way through the amazingly tough, yet rewarding hiit workout! Staff was friendly and helpful! 💪🙌 So glad I got in a workout here!
