Very friendly and supportive. Most importantly, the coaches are on point, so if you follow their lead and instructions, you will get results.
I love ISI. It is close to my house. There’s always a coach waiting for you with a nice routine and when you are done, you get a wet scented towel to refresh you
AMAZING gym, great workouts! Gave me a super welcoming and supportive community when I was new to the area. I cannot recommend ISI enough :)
