I started at ISI in the middle of 2024 and when I started it was wonderful. It was locally owned and I was happy with the coaching who pushed you to your best and actually focused on coaching. I gave this location a 3 star because corporate took over in February 2026 and all the coaches left that had years of experience and cared more about bettering us customers than the music and a high five. My husband and I really liked it for about a year until they started doing their “fun finishers” and we both got seriously injured.
Wonderful workout! Coach Wes did a great job keeping our form correct and the energy high! Pushed us all the way through the amazingly tough, yet rewarding hiit workout! Staff was friendly and helpful! 💪🙌 So glad I got in a workout here!
