RecommendedHands down one of the best Automotive shops I have ever been to. These folks are amazing. Super Customer Service Oriented, they really know their stuff, they are super fair on the pricing and really go the extra mile to be kind and helpful to the customer. The first 4 times I went there because I had a light out, they put in the bulb i had for free. Fifth time I came in because I got a flat tire, I came by for air to take it to the tire store. I’m about to cry this is crazy and the 2nd time I’m here....I’ve been here since 11am and Hoe comes and says it’s nothing he can do it’s electrical WTF why do I keep getting different things wrong from you 2....you say you can fix it and know what’s wrong and Joe says go to BMW or this car place 5/6 miles from your shop.....I’m in pain I’m pissed confused and disappointed exhausted again as you know I need to pass emissions smh pissed

The customer service here is top notch! when I say they have won me over with their level of detail to my vehicle, it would understating the truth. The first time I brought my care here, they did a fantastic job on my brakes. The second time was for an oil change. I have a Honda Pilot and I generally take my car to the dealer. well NO MORE! I will be bring my car here for servicing!
I had a great experience with this shop yesterday great staff and great work. I recommend Khoi and his shop for all of your automotive needs.
Great place. They have three qualities that are hard to find anywhere else: honesty, courtesy, and professionalism. Also, the techs are very talented and know how to take care of your vehicle. The shop has name brand quality equipment. For example, the Hunter alignment machines. Definitely bring your car here if you have a hard time dealing with services elsewhere.

Ishop Auto is a breath of fresh air. Khoi and his team is very professional, courteous and all out the bomb. Had a situation with my tires not only did they fix the problems but had to order a special piece to do the job. They ordered the piece and still gave me a fair price without passing the cost on to me. I am a life long fan and customer of ISHOP AUTO
