This place is the worst. They are extremely disorganized and incompetent. They want money; they don't care about the "care" in healthcare. RUN from them. I am reporting them to the board for review and hopefully closure.
If they really cared about patients they wouldn’t wait 5 days to send a prescription and then text “sorry I’ve been busy”. Like ok, I haven’t been able to sleep for 5 days but fine?
Well apparently you charge 200dollars in advance then dont medicate people because youre 'too busy' to take individuals mental health seriously over the weekend. So. Good job. I see someone else sat in the office for half hour with their son and you replied 'the paperwork wasnt filled in so appointment cancelled'. Tell it like it is, that poor woman didnt pay upfront so you just put that poor kid in danger with his mental health because someone wanted to pay AFTER the service was given. Shady as man. Taking advantage. Wild.
Ooof. I live in the area. For my meds I go to Tim Rhoton in Yorkville? Bit of a distance. But does telehealth. God bless me that she has moved to my area. It’s diabolical out here. I was looking for therapy and neuropsych testing but nevermind. Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone could be held accountable like this?
