Terrible experience. They collected first month and 1 month for security deposit which i should have received back. Apartment was returned in good condition paid to get it professionally cleaned and was still charged almost the whole security deposit for bogus charges. Randal Zambrony the property manager is impossible to get a hold of when you need something. We rented an apt in Delray Beach. Were never late on rent. Treated the apt very well. Paid to have it cleaned up professionally once we moved out. Randall Zambory was the landlord/manager for this apt. Once we moved out, we asked to receive our deposit back. They took a full week to answer. After chasing them around for it, they say that they sent us a email with the charges to be taken out of our initial deposit. He charged us more than half of our upfront deposit in junk fees.
