I gave them an honest review at the last place they were in. I didn’t say anything offensive at all and they wrote back that to take benzodiazepines I should look for outpatient treatment. what I was really saying was when I was going to her I liked her at first. Then a few times going there she completely forgot what I said, wouldn’t renew my prescriptions on time, gave me half of the prescription she said she was gonna give me. Her office manager Gloria is completely unprofessional and argumentative. They never called me for two appointments and her office manager said so what ? You still got your medication right ? But jokes on her cause I NEVER received anything so she chose to cancel my meds because we argued back and fourth . Completely UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF.
Dr. Desyr may be the most incompetent so called professional I've had the displeasure of being a patient for. She only saw me in person one time for maybe 5 minutes. Everything else was done via phone call. Which by the way her patient lost for adderall is outrageous and she only does her phone interviews a few hours a day which is backed up for months. And when she finally does call you she won't call your prescription into the pharmacy for days sometimes weeks after you've run out of your monthly supply.
