I was able to get a Covid-19 test at the Valpo facility. Two days later I received an email that said my test was processed incorrectly and that I needed to schedule another test. I haven’t been able to do that because I can’t get ahold of anyone!! Did the Valparaiso site close? Huge disappointment!!!!!
Wish I could actually review this bc of an appointment but we can't get one for 8 days!!
Easy and quick. Everyone was nice and instructed me on how to do everything that was needed of me. No issues whatsoever. If you are going to get tested, you should go here. And if you are reading the reviews about this place, ignore Erin. She’s just salty 🧂
My husband and I had appointments scheduled. Two hours before our appt time, we received an email, text, and phone call, letting us know that our appointment was canceled. We were given no reason, and were told that we could go back to the website to schedule another appt. When I did, the next appt wasn’t until July 6th! We had already waited 4 days for our canceled appointments. We were given no reason, and there’s no phone number to reach the site directly.
