Very disappointed. I waited 40 minutes to see the specialist, when I was the 2nd appointment of the day. When I asked the receptionist why I had to wait so long,her response was "she is the specialist". The clinic emailed me before the appointment saying I may have to wait 45min-1hour "due to the time and attention we dedicate to each patient." I was involved in a single vehicle MVA as a passenger Feb 2024. Paul Dhanda (vestibular physio), Melinda Calayo, Kiyana Seydger, and Robyn (kinesiology) and Elliott Flockhart (occupational therapy) were instrumental in my recovery. I experienced a level of compassion, understanding, and professionalism that was beyond just the bare minimum.
Iscope has played a positive role in my recovery from a car accident and return to better health. I highly recommend Paul for physiotherapy and Kiyana for Kinesiology treatments. Their effort, care and genuine support throughout my recovery is greatly appreciated.
Kiyana at the Langley clinic has been a massive help to my recovery. She is knowledgable, encouraging and very helpful. She is a fantastic Kinesiologist.
