Here's a polished version of your message: "This is the third time I've had a scheduling issue with this clinic. The first time, I went to Langley instead of Vancouver and found the doors locked on Saturday. The second time, I was told by manager Abdullah to go to Vancouver, but upon arrival, they said I didn't have an appointment. The third time, Mandy scheduled an appointment for Friday, September 5th at 9 am. I called to confirm, but no one answered. Over the past year, everyone has been super helpful and supportive. Dimple has been great at explaining the purpose and process behind the vision treatments. Robyn and Aurora has been amazing at explaining the treatment plan to me and supporting my needs along the way. It has been overall a positive experience for me. The support group offered by clinic was also very helpful in the healing process.

I personally did not have a good experience with iScope, they did not have a holistic approach to my care after concussion. They were keen to book me for many of their care offerings with high cost - most benefits only cover a fraction. I met with a Neurologist at this clinic, she spent 7 min with me, I felt she was not really helpful or enthusiastic about my care. She was working on her computer while talking to me at the same time and checking items off a list. She recommended Prism glasses, after meeting with my Dr and Op... read more
