Had a high efficiency train installed twenty years ago , but as a single parent , they totally took advantage! First they installed a regular standard furnace and if it was not for my brother I would have never known. They duct taped where they screwed up , they installed at an angle causing water to run back in and screw up things . Tools went missing from my basement. Just don’t go here .
