Some door to door idiots tried to sell my mom a new furnace telling her that hers is too old and unsafe. My mom is a senior and on a fixed income and her furnace wasn’t even that old. She was frantic thinking she had to shell out thousands of dollars for a new unit. I called Mike and with his calm professional matter, he reassured her that her furnace is in good shape and she will not need one for at least 10 years. Thanks for your honesty Mike. After the Thunder Bay s**t storm May 2012 these people were very helpful and kind. I had been without hot water for 14 days and my new furnace and hot water heater were installed quickly and effeciently. They even removed my reliance hot water heater as reliance would not even come get their junk from my home or yard.
