We had an incredible experience with iSaveRealty. The process for enrolling and listing our property was straightforward and easy to follow. Randy, the owner, was available for questions and gave us great advice. We closed a few days ago on our property and it was lovely to be able to pay one-tenth of 1% towards are sellers agent instead of the normal 2.5-3%. We highly recommend iSaveRealty if you are selling a property in South Carolina!

IF you have some prior experience with buying and selling real estate, ISave Realty is the way to go. We were able to reach Randy when it mattered most, and more importantly, his guidance was excellent. This was our 4th listing with him, and I would list with him again without hesitation. I like the man, which says a lot given some of the rough, greedy characters in the Low Country real estate business.

We have sold many homes in the past however using Isave realty was the smartest decision we could of made. Not only did we save on full commission we would of paid out, Randy guided us through our listing, contract negotiation and closing the deal. Our home was on the market for only three days, we received multiple offers and sold it for more than our asking price. Best option out there to sell your home, would not hesitate to list with Randy and Isave realty again In the future.

I am a real estate appraiser, but know nothing about buying or selling a house-that is NOT my business. I have run across Randy's clients many times in my appraisal business through buyers, sellers, and other appraisers who have used him for their own houses, so when my son bought and then sold his unit, and then we did, we used Randy.
