Communication was lacking with Randall. Perhaps we were just not a match but after the posting went live it was very hard to reach him with question or request. He would not answer emails , calls or return voicemails. I had to call from multiple different numbers and pretend we were new customers to get through to his line and not a voicemail. If his communication was so lacking with us I wonder what the issue could be since he had no problem taking our money.

It has been 8 years since Randall helped us. We were selling our townhome in GreenvilleSC and Randall handled everything perfectly. Our townhome sold within 14 hours of his listing.
