Alright so the apartment itself is nice and I like it, but my neighbors keep filing noise complaints and pounding on the roof over small bumps. Me and my grandma had better not get evicted over this bs.
Our family truly loved having this apartment be our home for the past 7 years. We only moved out because we bought a house. The landlord, Don, is so friendly and makes a point to converse with all the residents who live here. All of our maintenance issues were fixed quickly. One time we even got locked out of our apartment at night, and when we called Don, he came over right away to let us in. The landlord, maintenance staff, and neighbors made this a great community to live. :)

This is a great apartment community. I have lived here for over three years and have always felt safe. Onsite management is wonderful! They care and want the same safe community. If there is anything that needs fixing...I've never had an issue with timely response. Building C's hallways are very well cared for once a week, along with laundry facilities on each floor. I've been here 7 or 8 years now...maybe more not quite sure anymore..my first incident was side walks not getting salted or sanded,slipped on a non conformant sidewalk and tore my acl..carpet was and still is nasty,neighbors are nosy,and now getting harassed by management for noise in early afternoon..i understand blatant and excessive consistent noise,but dealing with an unruly 8 year old,or playing Disney songs for your 3 year old should not be a problem .and doesn't constitute having the cops called..but apparently this i... read more
