Rude to me on the phone because I did not buy his garage doors. Rude when I asked him a question about where he wanted the cross board for the opener mounting. Came and got his lift stuck in the sand. Did not want to listen to me, about putting boards under the tires so it will roll. Then came to my door about he will only install the doors and I did not have all I needed for the openers.
