There was a leak in the building which went unfixed for months. Origin property group charged me roughly $1,200 for the additional water use caused by the leak despite the lease stating they are required to fix leaks and pay for the additional water themselves. When I tried to bring this issue to their attention, they stopped answering my emails and calls.

Origin makes it seem like they have the best and newest buildings… which is true. But what they hide from prospective tenets is that their buildings are in very dangerous areas. They will raise rent even when you have people doing illicit drugs right out your window… heck there is probably someone doing it right now outside my window! The landlords will not take you seriously and will send maintenance into your home without notice(hope you’re not sleeping or showering because I always seem to be). Seriously look elsewhere.

Great management company/landlord. Origin has well maintained apartments that are "condominium quality". Communication is efficient and quick. If you are looking to rent one of their units, I would highly recommend you to move forward with no fear !
