Worked with them for a very short time and found the previous reviews to be very true. Their properties and family run management are the worst ive seen in 20yrs *DO NOT!!! Work, Rent, Buy, Sell or do any business with these people.They are liars and slum lords, who buy rat and bug infested falling down properties that should be condemned, rebuild them into illegal multi rooms without any permits or inspections and then do not pay their workers.
I am currently more optimistic about this management, now that repairs are happening to this rooming-house environment in which I am a tenant.
I've been in construction 20 years and they have some of the crappiest Workmanship I have ever seen. I was embarrassed to work for them even for the short time that I did.
