I decided to order here for lunch today and this was my lettuce for my salad dirty dirt lettuce. I went back and showed the clerk and she said that they wash the lettuce. Who and where did they wash this??? 🤮🤮🤮 I was so disappointed because I love going there. The owner needs to see how his employees are preparing the food.

Cold pizza and cold bread and we are less than a mile away from the restaurant !
We ordered a cauliflower crust pizza for takeout. It was overcooked to the point of being black on the ends. They refused to give us a refund but said they would cook us another pizza. So since we ate some of it (We were starving) They would not give us a large pizza they gave us a small. I don’t think they considered our inconvenience and gasoline time and that the fact that we had company at house. They will never see any of my money again.

We love Isabella’s pizza and that they make my custom pizza and it’s so yummy. Their wings, hummus, salad and pizzas are also fantastic!
My brother is fighting cancer and cannot have tomato sauce or hard crust. The chemo and radiation has his throat upset. My mother called and spoke to someone there and they assured her it would take care of it. He bragged on and on about how good it was a d it was prepared perfect. I appreciate that you guys cared as much as you did and went out of your way. Thank you
