Isabella was AMAZING ... I tried on (literally) hundreds of dresses at other shops, had a HORRIBLE experience at another shop in the Taunton Green, and when I walked into Isabella's I tried on 2 dresses and fell in love with both! The one I chose was a discontinued model but she was able to order it for me, and then she ordered in additional beading so she could make me custom straps (I don't like stress dresses). I had a great experience searching for my wedding dress! She was great at helping me figure out which style I wanted to go with and even though I ended up getting my dress at another store I wish I could have found one I liked there. I can't wait to go back and see if I can find my maid of honor her dress!

I was very very happy with the alterations she did to my prom dress she made it all possible if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have been able to wear my dress to prom. She is such an amazing talented and over all kind person to deal with. Will definitely be coming back in the future!!
Recently visited Isabella's Bridal where I purchased my dress a few months ago. I was treated ok until she made the sale, when I went bck for my scheduled appt was treated like garbage she had a full wedding party in my time slot. As my dress sat in the fitting room were these girls where going in and out of. I waited for 2hrs for her to tell me to try my dress on at the front door. The owner is very disrespectful. She is rude and unprofessional. I put a dress on layaway. I decided not to go to prom. The RECIEPT did not specify that a fee would be charged on top of my original deposit. It states after 5 days, if layaway is cancelled i would be charged 25.00$. Which I was okay with. But not getting my money back is obserd. I will see Isabella's Bridal in small claims court to receive my refund of 135$. I should have listened to my friends when they said not to go there!
Can't say enough about lady. She went out of her way to help me. One on one i received was amazing ......
