I'm not upset with Satterthwait. I am however upset that my lab results were scary and the lack of urgency was quite obvious let alone the person who called me had the audacity to tell me that my results are most likely not true and TOLD ME I WAS NOT fatigued when I absolutely am. Who tells people what they're feeling? The guy gaslit me on my very phone. Absolutely bizarre.
Very nice and knowledgeable person. I feel like she tries to get to know the patients so that she can better help them.
