Thair pellet are junk I will not buy more my fire good out with them they are little piece
Their softwood pellets are awesome. More heat, less ash.
Ok for a pinch cheap broken pellets. Filled my entire bin with Ash in two days, and covered glass with crud
Isabella Pellet raised their prices to $175 per ton for heating pellets. I would be okay to pay that price if the pellets were the same quality as last years. So many impurities which cause daily clinkers in my stove. They seemed to care about the customer last year also. I have no idea what happened with their company.
