I previously left an unsatisfactory review but since then new management has taken over and has improved drastically. We still have security issues due to a broken door and a particular tenant that lets crackheads into the building thorough the back. Because of that, I can’t recommend this as a place to live due to safety but things are better than before.
I previously gave this place a poor review but have decided to edit it now that new management has taken over. The property seems cleaner, and the management team was extremely helpful during my last few months there. They took on issues and resolved problems from previous management. They were extremely responsive each time I reached out. My biggest issue with this location is still the neighborhood. It's pretty run down, and the locals are sketchy. *** Update**** Ever since Commonplace properties has taken over management, things have drastically improved. They took quick action to resolve pending issues. We now have a package room, elevator carpet was removed, hallways are clean. I had a situation where I realized mid-flight that I forgot keys to my apartment, the team was quick to respond and we made timely arrangements so I would have access into the building. They even offered to change my lock to a keyless one.
I moved into my apartment at Isabella Lofts right when Commonspace took over as management, and I think they are doing a great job. I enjoy living here. Haven’t had any problems communicating with management. They’ve built a new package room since I’ve moved in, seem to be renovating a lot of units, and the place overall is pretty clean and well taken care of.
