McKann is one of those special people, that you just have to have in your corner. She kept us updated throughout the process of selling our house. Her level of communication, was off the chart. We had her jumping through hoops, threw her a few curve-balls and she never failed to come through for us. I have no problem giving her five stars in every category you could imagine.
