My 76 year old parents paid for a new furnace and air conditioner after a chimney fire. The job included running duct work to the room that had been added to their house (old garage turned into great room) so that they could remove chimney and no longer heat with air. Room was being restored by insurance company when install occurred. Couple weeks later, progress on room has come to a halt because room is ice cold.
