Did a pickup order because there was a promo code. No where was it mentioned that they will not give their house made chips to go. We would have picked a different side had we known. When I mentioned that at pickup they said its for their convenience and they would not swap our sides. The inside looks very run down. The food tasted ok, but we were glad to have taken advantage of a bogo sandwich because it wasn't great.

Destiny is such a sweet soul was so patient in explaining the menu and the trios to my boyfriend, and the food was phenomenal as always!
Love Isaacs great soups and sandwiches. Love the cheeseburger soup and the craft beer is solid! Good pick 2 type of deals as well.
