The kitchen staff does not follow instructions properly. My waitress had to go back and remake our sandwiches. They also had little Cesar's drop-off food for the staff. Not a very good day.

I loved Isaacs years ago when I worked in Harrisburg. Tonight we went in and the service just gets worse and they aren't very busy. We waited 15 minutes and no one stopped to ask us if we wanted drinks. One girl seemed to come up as we got up to leave but said nothing until we got to the front and we told the girl who seated us that we waited 15 minutes and no one waited on us so we were leaving and than that girl who walked behind us said it wasn't that long in a very rude tone.
