Placed an order for a sandwich in which it came with a side of a bag of chips. There were 4 chips in the bag, very disappointed

Worked at the one in mechanicsburg on the Carlisle pike and it was awful. Waitress' talking badly about customers, waitress' eating off of customers plates with bare hands before they take them out. Treating new employees like lesser beings and allowing talk of how many drugs they can do in one night. Also, they sent my W2 form to the incorrect address and refuse to return any or answer my calls on the matter

‪placed an order through Uber eats at rossmoyne Isaacs. The order was wrong and missing items I paid extra for. Called manager immediately who promised a refund of the $43 paid. He lied and never processed the refund. When it didn’t show up on my credit card I contacted Uber eats who refuses to help because more then 7 days went by and they said the restaurant never contacted them about a refund. I called the general manager at rossmoyne who basically said she cant help me and refused to discuss a refund of what they owe me ... read more
