Patients Beware, Providence failed to properly bill my insurance and hit me with a $264 for a simple Covid test. After I called back they verified it should have been billed to my insurance, and I would simply owe my co-pay. Never received the rebill and got a notice from a debt collector. Now I’m fighting with the bill collector because Providence staff can’t properly bill to insurance.
