Hello The Doctor at this clinic are the best in the world. The secretary on the other hand need to be caring for their client. By the way if their is no client the secretary would have no job. The secretary don't care about the disable or those in pain mangement. Do you think for one minute that anyone wants to be there. They are there because pain is unmanageable. So to the secretary you are not better than your clients. In fact you are lucky to be working because if I there you be fired.
Dr Kreizman is an excellent pain management doctor. I left Dr AnneMarie Stillwell( thank goodness) and found this wonderful man who finally made me pain free and able to be functional. He is able to pinpoint your problem and address it with various different interventions. There isn't a long wait in his office and the staff is very professional and nice. I see him in his Staten island office. If I ever have a sudden problem he is just a phone call away. I highly recommend this doctor if you are
As a medical professional, his treatment expertise is above average, but his instructions and commication are poorly integrated: tests not arriving on time for appointment or evaluation; his recomendations are not followed up and the client has to chase after them, for example. His office staff is dismissive and unprofessional. They booked an appointment when the office was closed and no apologies for loss of time or inconvenience! With the number of good MD.s in NY, no reason to endure this.
Dr Kreizman is the best to evaluated and treat back pain condition, I've visited him couple times. Nice person who listen your issues and didn't rush at all.
I have been going to him for a few years the staff is friendly if you are friendly with them and the doctors are nice and try to get you the help you need
